Moleskine!
Small hiatus but I swear i'm back!
New job, new art, new awesomeness. But lets get down to business.
Some of you know Moleskine a while back that my friend Danny gave me. I've dedicated it to clowns and has since slowly been filling up with tiny clown drawings...
I kind of stopped with the clowns, but mostly because I became so fixed on filling up this tiny book and wanting it to be filled with awesomeness and not just some tiny, half-assed doodles. I've since started working on this book again but in the mist of doing so, I felt stricken to this one Moleskine. i just bought most tiny pocket Moleskines to start new projects in.

I've since started one for owls. I don't know why I had not done this already but it really had to be done. Took me a bit to think of a great way to start it out but I think the 1st drawing really set the mood for the book.

I will probably end up adding in some watercolors to this but for now you can get the idea.
Hopefully these will keep me inspired to want to draw more owls and more clowns. I have yet to come up with more concepts to fill the other books with but i'm thinking one might be dedicated to objects with faces since it's one of my favorite things as well. but we will see.

Sad Clown
Another sad clown piece I almost forgot about from 2011. Commissioned work for friend, turned out pretty nice.

girl
was feeling inspired and wanted to do shading with my wood-less graphite pencils. I think it turned out pretty decent.
